In the position you will contribute to the implementation and optimisation of the Stress Testing Framework for effective risk management in relation to the Regulatory Reporting outputs. Also co-ordinate primary Risk Stewards across Stress Testing processes to ensure delivery of Stress Testing activities within regulatory and internally mandated timelines, ensuring consistency in approach across regions where regulations permit as it pertains to Regulatory Reporting.


  • Proven experience of Treasury or Treasury Risk Management within a large financial organisation
  • Proven experience of working across all levels of a large financial organisation to understand cross-functional linkages and interdependencies, as well as the implications of risk at both a strategic level and at the business unit level, with good understanding of other areas e.g. Finance, Accounting, Operational, Legal, etc.
  • Extensive experience of using multiple analysis techniques in a change environment
  • Proven experience of leading with unwavering and courageous integrity to do the right thing
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
  • Advanced judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
  • Experience of working with large teams and resources located remotely
  • Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles
  • Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a global perspective
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and sponsors
