Role:

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills – and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way and achieve goals without direct control over resources.
  • Responsible for delivering projects and growing client accounts.
  • Working on client sites to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across the securities services space.
  • Strong emerging end-to-end generalist problem-solving skills, e.g. Defining and deconstructing problems
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, provide project updates, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare work schedule and timelines with the customer and the extended team.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential issues with project delivery.
  • Regularly communicate and maintain a bridge between the customer and Capco to ensure best practices in implementation and onboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University education and degree and strong academic record.
  • 10+ years of management consulting experience delivering change and transformation programs.
  • Proven track record of large-scale delivery projects within the Securities Services space.
  • Strong experience across any of the following areas fund migration, client migration, client onboarding, asset servicing, custody, or fund services.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and enable cross-business teams.
  • Experience and capabilities to communicate with client leaders to influence the direction and manage expectations.
  • Excellent people and communication skills in both written and verbal in English.
  • Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following best practices and company processes.
