THINGS YOU WILL DO:

  • You’ll be part of new, core, green-field community of Calypso experts and your main responsibility will be to explore issues, contribute to root cause analysis, propose, and implement solutions on time
  • You will collaborate with business, third party management
  • You will work on-site in the center of Warsaw, at new, bright office with great view from 16th floor!
  • Participate in an on-call support roll to guarantee the most critical applications are always ready-to-go for other colleagues and customers and work overtime as required to fix service impacting incidents, maintain our technology services, participate in Disaster Recovery activities, and assist with change delivery
  • Collaborate with an international technical team, providing analysis and support with software releases
  • Share your best practices, conduct interviews, have an impact of a wider perspective when it comes to Calypso

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Working experience in Calypso role (Backoffice)
  • Exposure to supporting real-time, mission critical systems
  • Strong understanding of multiple OS environments (Linux, Windows)
  • Exposure to Oracle databases including working knowledge of SQL
  • Strong problem solving skills and experienced in providing support in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to document and explain complex processes and concepts
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to learn and deliver innovative solutions
  • Ability to work in a team
