- from 3.100 EUR (salary will be adjusted based on previous experience)

Role Description
-
Design and Modify Technical Architecture:
- Build and integrate information systems in banks and other financial services institutions
- Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions for improvement
- Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed

Supervise and Guide Development Teams:
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
- Oversee assigned programs, including conducting code reviews, and provide guidance to team members

Stakeholder Communication:
- Inform stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
- Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
- Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes
Skills & Expertise
- Proven work experience as a Solution Architect for at least 5 years
- Previous experience in banking, consulting or financial services industry is inevitable
- Previous experience in software development and in-depth understanding of Java
- A university degree in information technology or computer science is preferred
- Advanced level of English required; German language an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
