Interactive Brokers in Tallinn, Estonia, is looking for a motivated and driven 
HR Generalist who is willing to roll back their sleeves and go beyond. In this role, you will be part of a team that is building one of the world’s strongest brokerage brands. Responsibilities

  • The entire personnel administration for our offices in Estonia and Russia
  • Responsible for administration of employee information from the point of entry through the full life cycle of the employee, including issuing contracts, onboarding, writing certificates, maintenance of personnel files, off-boarding, etc.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and administration of the absence management system for Estonia and Russia
  • Manage the payroll processing and administration for Estonia and Russia
  • Participate in HR/personnel-related projects and internal process optimisations
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to answer employee queries on HR-related issues
  • General support to General Manager related to Human Resources


Qualifications, Skills & Attributes


Minimum Qualifications

  • Three to five years of work experience in a similar HR role in an international company 
  • At least two years of experience in payroll processing
  • Organised team player with an excellent eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian (verbal and written) and Russian (verbal) is a must; any other language is a plus.
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks for completion within existing time constraints
  • A high degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology
  • Independent, punctual and careful working methods
  • Motivated and trustworthy personality
