We are currently seeking to recruit management consultants with business analysis and project management experience, especially those who specialise in data-related transformation initiatives. Our consultants are passionate about data and catapulting the industry towards a new data-driven society, using their business and management skills to define and design the future for our clients, as well as organising and coordinating the delivery of these cutting-edge projects.

  • Experience in programme execution, business analysis and change management – proven ability to shape, design and manage the execution of data-related initiatives.
  • Desired certification or knowledge of industry standards for business analysis and agile project management (e.g. BCS, CBDA, SAFe, Scrum and the Spotify agile model)
  • Understanding of data management and technology concepts such as Data Governance, Data Privacy and Data Platforms (e.g. GCP, Azure, AWS and on premise).
  • Interest in being involved in projects related to new technologies and techniques, such as AI, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics.
  • Desired experience working within Financial Services, in a data-related delivery role.
  • Desirable experience as a Management Consultant
