  • Give guidance to candidates as well as interviewers

  • Sourcing and recruit candidates by using database, social media, direct search, etc. 
  • Screening CV’s, conducting interviews and setting up the right talent pipeline, cultivating and bringing high potential profiles to the team 
  • Being the first point of contact for our clients regarding recruitment and selection 
  • Meeting the KPI’s  
  • Help to design and implement recruitment strategy and process  
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” 



  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)  
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) 
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) 
  • Familiarity with HR/recruiting databases and recruiting software 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong decision-making skills 
  • Exceptional organizational skillsyou are at ease with an abundance of details, yet mindful of the big picture; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and carry them out independently 
  • Experience in working in a partnership model with vendors, headhunters, hiring managers and other internal stakeholders 
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and team skills; ability to build working relationships with candidates, clients and recruiting colleagues 
  • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
