This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Head to develop and lead Capco’s global internal communications strategy. Reporting into Capco’s Chief Marketing Officer, this role will oversee the internal communications team, and partner with senior leadership across the business to develop and execute Capco’s internal communication strategy in alignment with our key business imperatives. 

A key element of the role will be helping to build a comprehensive internal communications strategy, and executing the plan to propel our business, our cultural development, and strategic priorities.  This will include supporting local leadership communications, including written employee communications, internal townhalls, overseeing the development and content on the firm’s intranet and more. This role requires a hands-on approach in crafting communications of the highest quality. 

This is a high-impact role with the potential to make your mark on the next chapter of our story, and to help craft and oversee the delivery of messages that are intended to resonate with our employee base.  You need to be comfortable in a high-performing, fast-paced, high-pressure environment, have executive presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence others.  In addition, you should be adept at managing a small global team, multitasking, and have an uncompromising commitment to quality, as well as superb writing, editorial and event management skills.  This is a hands-on position - to be successful you must be a self-starter, able to operate within a highly visible, small team and be driven by results.

This role can be based out of our offices in London or Frankfurt.


  • Establish and drive Capco’s internal communications strategy, in partnership with local geo leads, to supports the company’s strategy, mission, vision and values
  • Manage a team of approx. 6 internal comms managers, who work closely with local leadership to draft and edit impactful communications, manage internal town halls, and develop and manage the firm’s intranet, all with the aim to enhance employee engagement and information sharing
  • Establish and track metrics that link employee communications programs to employee productivity, satisfaction, and organization performance
  • Partner with other internal functions at Capco, particularly Marketing and the Executive Office, to achieve the above aims

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience of leading a communications function, managing a team, and delivering content in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability and vision to think creatively, alongside the commercial understanding and business acumen, to deliver effective content that supports the company’s objectives
  • An understanding of the management consulting, financial services and/or technology industries
  • Ability to adapt written and spoken style depending on leadership requirements and style
  • Experience of working with senior leaders, and a professional and executive presence
  • Ability to operate with high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills
  • Ability to formulate clear and concise messages to internal audiences on complex topics
  • Extremely organized, with unfailing attention to detail, and comfortable multi-tasking
