As a growing firm year-over-year, we have an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support a group of our Partners in our Toronto office.

About The Role


  • Provide end to end executive assistance expertise to minimum of 4 Partners
  • Strategically manage and prioritize calendar scheduling, including multiple time zone management, international/domestic travel arrangements and coordinate conferences
  • Proactively follow up on deadlines and commitments on behalf of Partners
  • Independently coordinate and submit Partner expenses on a weekly basis
  • Proof and prepare briefing materials, submissions, correspondence, and responses
  • Own the successful execution of internal and client facing meetings for your Partners
  • Facilitate the experience and anticipate the needs of all meeting attendees for your Partner events
  • Support Partner sales initiatives via RFP’s and proposals when needed
  • Leverage various software, including Office 365 and proprietary software


Leadership and Project Management Skills:

  • Experience supporting C-Suite executives in a mid-sized firm
  • Flexibility to expanded working hours when required
  • Self-directed prioritization of daily workload and conflicting Partner needs
  • Deadline driven approach to fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Adobe DC would be considered an asset
  • Professional and team oriented approach – “Yes, and…”
