ROLE DESCRIPTION 

Capco is looking for Consultants / Senior Consultants. Working across a range of clients you will help our clients developing new Payments strategies and improve business models in this new environment of Open Banking, PSD2 and Payments.

You will work with clients to ensure that they are well positioned to deliver their business goals and generate sustainable growth.

  • As a seasoned business consultant, you will work closely with Business, Change Management, or IT teams
  • Providing end to end support across all SDLC stage from development to implementation
  • Liaising closely with Project Leader, you help them manage project scope and report progress
  • You demonstrate a very good understanding of regulation, policy, industry initiative and impact within open banking, digital payments, PSD2, cards payments and the Swiss Payments Strategy
  • Strong understanding of how various organisations are being challenged by seizing opportunities of the above
  • You will actively contribute to business and practice development in the Payment area

 

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE 

  • Very good working understanding of Payment hubs processing with various implementation experiences in a bank or a payments service provider
  • 4+ years of work experience in banks, payments service provider and/or consulting firms
  • Strong experience in working in Agile delivery model and being part of an Agile squad team will be an advantage
  • Experience with ISO20022 standards and SEPA represent a very nice to have
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management skills
  • You possess strong functional and analytical skills
  • You are self-driven; you take initiatives and can work independently as well as be a good team player
  • You stay up to date on the latest technology trends and have passion for client centricity
  • You speak English and German, Swiss German is a plus
