What you’ll get to do:   

  • Use your strong visual and interaction design skills to create and implement financial tools and online experiences for our financial services customers in banking, capital markets and wealth
  • Collaboration with small, agile, multidisciplinary teams on client projects to create compelling, intuitive, and innovative user-centered experiences across both internal and external systems such as loan application systems, online retail banking offerings, etc.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, high fidelity designs for desktop, tablet, mobile and native apps
  • Providing consistency across different platforms while respecting the brand C.I.
  • Delivering properly structured Sketch files based on the project Design System 
  • Delivering creative digital concepts, information architecture and prototypes for digital projects (Internal presentations, Use Cases, User Flows, Journey Maps, Sitemaps, Wireframes, Pattern Libraries, etc.)
  • Take ownership of product user experience, designing interactions, interfaces and animations
  • Passionately advocate end user-centered usability views and work cross-functionally with the Product and Customer Success teams to solve problems for our customers
  • Conduct user research, identify and sketch out key scenarios
  • Understand and contribute to use-cases and user stories for various workflows
  • Communicate design intent to internal and external teams. Clearly represent the design work and advocate for users’ needs

 

What you’d bring with you: 

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of web and/or mobile design experience producing engaging, usable, and effective design solutions using user-centric principles
  • Strong client-facing skills
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous work examples and excellent User Interface design for responsive web and/or mobile apps
  • Proficiency with wireframe and visual design tools (e.g. Sketch, Invision)
  • Proficiency with prototyping tools is a big plus (Framer, Adobe XD, Protopie)
  • Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability toward the products you create
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions
  • Strong functional analysis skills. You should be able to break down complex workflows that include multiple layers of dependencies and reframe them into elegant, simpler workflows
  • Knowledge of Financial Services, HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a big plus
  • Rich understanding of user experience, user research, interaction design, and design principles
  • Solid understanding of common software project management and Agile development practice
