As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you are the main contact and sparring partner for both the client and the influencers during the entire process. You are responsible for the implementation, management, and quality control of campaigns, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. 


  • You play an important role in the creation and implementation of influencer campaigns from A to Z. You bring the coolest concepts to life together with our strategists and creatives;
  • You love the implementation phase, where you focus on customer satisfaction and projects are managed by you in detail;
  • You identify and maintain contact with influencers, negotiate competitive rates and draw up agreements;
  • Ensure good guidance for both the client and the influencers during the entire process, for both you are the point of contact and the sparring partner during the collaboration;
  • You define clear objectives and KPIs for campaigns, taking into account what is applicable; reach, traffic, brand awareness, sales, etcetera;
  • You analyze the campaign results, write evaluation reports and discuss these with the team and the client.

You naturally have an overview and know exactly how to set priorities. Drawing up a schedule, monitoring the process, and delivering it on time are your specialties. Tight deadlines don't freak you out and you make sure to follow through with a "can do" approach. Strong project management skills are therefore also important. Moreover, you like to work closely with the account managers and together come up with the right solutions for each client. Due to your extensive experience in the influencer industry, your opinion is respected and valued by both the client and the internal teams.

For this role, we are looking for someone who speaks Dutch fluently.


  • Have at least 3 years of demonstrable work experience within Influencer Marketing and a built-up network in the media world;
  • Have great affinity with influencer marketing and social media. You are familiar with channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitch;
  • Have experience in managing influencer campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a wide range of objectives and KPIs;
  • The ability to quickly adapt and learn a new skill as needed for a project;
  • You have strong communication skills and master the Dutch and English language; both verbally and in writing;
  • Masters strong data and analytical skills to establish KPIs, interpret results, anticipate challenges and constitute solutions;
  • Are aware of the latest trends within Influencer Marketing & social media, have good relationships with influencers, and know which influencers are interesting to keep an eye on.
