We are looking for a Junior Retail Media Consultant Programmatic Ads (div/f/m) who is characterized by a high degree of motivation and initiative.


As Junior Retail Media Consultant Programmatic Ads  (div/f/m)  you plan marketing measures together with our Amazon Programmatic Ads team that serves to reach our customers' target group. In addition, you will take over the management of various DSP accounts and control the monitoring and quality assurance processes. You are responsible for the tracking and monitoring of programmatic campaigns in the Amazon DSP console as well as with Excel and other tools. As a specialist, you will also make strategic recommendations on the alignment with Amazon and other retail media platforms. You are the contact person for customers with questions about their marketing activities.


  • Have at least 1-2 years of DSP experience
  • Are familiar with Amazon Demand Side Platform, DMP or other DSPs 
  • Have experience with target customers, in both communication and campaign management
  • Have a high affinity for numbers
  • Have experience with Google Apps, Excel, PPT, DMP, RTB, and Display and Video ads
  • Can lead with a consultative approach to grow existing and new business
  • Your German and English is business level in written and spoken form
  • Are able to take on clients in a short period of time
  • Have the ability to create detailed reports and deep dive into complicated tasks
  • Have good self-organisation skills and you are able to work autonomous 
  • Are self-motivated and you have a strong will to perform in a team
  • Are enthusiastic about the future of advertising on the web and about shaping this future with us
