This role is part of our Growth marketing team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drives performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Douglas, Aldi, Smart, and more! Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to really make our clients grow.

JOB PURPOSE

As a (Senior) Content Marketing Specialist (m/f/div, hybrid or remote) you will take over client communication and content project management – on full-time or part-time basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client and stakeholder communication as well as content project management in close cooperation with our Client Service Team
  • Create and manage content plans as well as content standards documents (e.g. tone of voice, accessibility and editorial SEO guidelines)
  • Produce, edit and proofread (SEO-optimized) editorial content for various clients and communication channels (e.g. website, email, social media)
  • Perform content audits as well as competitor analyses, derive and implement recommendations for action
  • Conduct audience analysis, create and work with audience personas
  • Define, outline and prioritize content for multiple owned media channels (e.g. website, email, social media) and audiences along the user journey
  • Continuously educate yourself in your desired areas of content marketing and provide significant support in the training of juniors (and professionals)
  • Organize your daily work and own projects independently in consultation with your Team Lead

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a content marketing expert (m/f/div), ideally in a digital agency
  • Open, communicative and eager to learn
  • Structured, independent and committed way of working
  • Very experienced in conception, production, distribution and quality assurance of (SEO-optimized) editorial content (e.g. website, email, social media)
  • Initial experience in content strategy as well as in client communication and project management
  • Interest in and willingness to develop in data-driven work as a basis for strategic client development
  • Convinced with an excellent feeling for language and excellent spelling as well as with a good visual sense and a keen eye for detail
  • Successfully completed a degree in marketing, communication science or comparable training
  • Very confident in giving presentations and handling client or stakeholder communications of any kind, both in German (Native speaker [required]) and English (B2)
