JOB PURPOSE
As an (SEO) Editorial Specialist (m/f/div, hybrid or remote) you will support your senior colleagues in editorial content production and distribution – preferably on full-time basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce, edit and proofread (SEO-optimized) editorial content for various clients and communication channels (e.g. website, email, social media)
- Editorial image research and preparation (according to SEO standards)
- Enter editorial content into various content management systems (according to SEO standards)
- Continuously educate yourself in (SEO) editorial content production and content management
- Provide significant support in the training of trainees and juniors
- Organize your daily work in consultation with your Team Lead
- Support your Team Lead in project management and resource planning
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of professional experience as a SEO Editorial Content Writer (m/f/div), ideally in a digital agency
- Open, communicative and eager to learn
- Structured, independent and committed way of working
- Very experienced in production and quality assurance of SEO-optimized content and its distribution via content management systems (e.g. WordPress, TYPO3)
- Experience in content conception, initial experience in keyword analysis
- Project management skills for content projects are a plus as well as an editorial background with focus on the automotive, home & garden or electronics sectors
- Convinced with an excellent feeling for language and target group-specific communication, excellent spelling as well as a keen eye for detail
- Successfully completed a degree in communication science, journalism, German studies or comparable training
- Confident in handling project communications, both in German (Native speaker [required]) and English (B2)
