JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Solution Architect/Consultant. We are also open to considering experienced technical leads and enterprise architects for this position.
You will be responsible for designing the best application and integration architectures for our Adobe Commerce and AEM-based projects in digital commerce and experience management. Your strong hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce Magento and ideally AEM solution development in an enterprise setting, allows you to design complete solutions and oversee the implementation within our clients' ecosystems. You will work in multi-disciplinary and international teams to analyze, design and implement application and integration architectures based on commerce and experience management platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make key design decisions regarding (but not limited to) integrations and data flow with e-commerce, ERP, Master Data Management, CRM, logistics service provider and payment service provider systems
- Propose scenarios or roadmaps to reach target architectures and customer experiences
- Bring architecture best practices to the table and you can influence, consult and convince client and internal stakeholders on architectural choices
- Technical consulting and further development of the overall technological solution
- Development of IT and solution architectures to optimise an existing implementation
- Critical but solution-oriented scrutiny of existing IT solutions and processes as well as service/system integrations, if necessary development of migration paths
- Hypothesis generation, PoC briefing and controlling of the development as well as preparation of derivations and results for the stakeholders
- Coordination with stakeholders and technology partners
- Conduct workshops and output workshop deliverables
- Work with our local and APAC-wide implementation teams
- Technical leadership of local and remote teams
SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
- Have project experience in the development of IT and solution architectures in the field of Adobe Commerce and ideally AEM (end-to-end projects)
- Have an excellent track record with integrations and data flow with e-commerce, ERP, Master Data Management, CRM, logistics service provider and payment service provider systems
- Have high expertise in customer management, technical consulting and communication with various stakeholders
- Have a strong development background and understand all technical and integration concepts for enterprise builds and integrations
- Ideally have experience in technical design and implementation of additional Adobe tooling (like: Target, Analytics, AJO, Campaign, Marketo or Workfront) but the focus is Commerce and AEM
- Outstanding presentation & communication skills (both verbal and written) with an ability to listen, assess, and solve problems
- Eagerness to seek creative solutions for challenges
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
