Your clients will include nationally and internationally recognized brands such as C&A, Jägermeister, Beiersdorf, Wempe and many others.
JOB PURPOSE
As a Solution Architect at DEPT®, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client’s digital architecture and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality e-commerce solutions. Your expertise will guide the development of scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that meet our clients' diverse needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance digital solutions that align with client objectives and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including project managers, developers, and UX/UI designers) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, understand client requirements, and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
- Conduct technical evaluations and select appropriate technologies and platforms for project requirements.
- Serve as a technical expert during client meetings, confidently addressing queries and demonstrating how our solutions can solve specific business challenges.
- Work closely with project managers and the technical team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and can be successfully implemented within agreed timelines.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, promoting best practices in coding, security, and design.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in a digital agency or tech company, with a strong portfolio of successful digital product and e-commerce projects.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a track record of successfully influencing senior executives.
- Expert knowledge of established e-commerce or DXP solutions such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience in a digital agency or technology-focused environment, with a broad understanding of digital trends and how they impact businesses.
- Being directly available to start working in Germany
- Working proficiency of German language
