Are you a Technical person who is a bit different? Then we are looking for you for our office in Amsterdam / Rotterdam.

Please note: For this role, we are looking for someone with a fluent level of Dutch and English language.

We have no servers, no domain, no GPOs and not even a system administrator (yet!) We do have Dropbox, Google Apps, many SaaS applications and a WiFi network that more than 300 Mac and Windows users depend on every day. We rely on you to help us keep this all going. In addition, we provide the opportunity for you to learn a lot!

You ensure that our hardware stock is complete and up-to-date so that everyone in our Amsterdam office can continue to work.
You are a technical expert, our go-to person, our rock in times of need. You will actively participate in the IT support processes with the rest of the team. Together with the Hospitality team, you will put a smile on the faces of our colleagues because you make their job easier by supporting them. You will help your colleagues with installing specific software, connecting the tap, repairing bar chairs or replacing the sound systems. You will be their lifesaver when a laptop is flooded (again), or someone is excluded from his accounts.

YOU:

  • Can communicate well, in both Dutch and English;
  • Are service-oriented, get energy from helping people and are not averse to a bit of lugging;
  • Have basic knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android;
  • Have basic knowledge of Gmail, Dropbox, O365
  • Know how to use your hands and tools, from printer to a cordless drill;
  • Want to learn a lot of new things;
  • Available for a minimum of 16 hours per week
  • Have a driver's license.
