For our Design team, we are looking for a Senior Service Designer! As Senior Service Designer you lay the foundation for fantastic end-to-end user experiences. You combine your strategic sense with design skills and organizational virtuosity to help clients reach their maximum digital potential. You help them maximize their velocity by guiding them past tough decisions. You ensure great ideas materialize into even better digital experiences for their end users. And you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with the smartest, funniest and sweetest people the industry has to offer.

  • Inspire clients with your take on trends and market insights;
  • Apply generative methods to discover their key wants and needs;
  • Synthesise input and user data into customer journeys and blueprints;
  • Manage key stakeholders and drive decision making;
  • Translate opportunities into sensible roadmaps and design briefs;
  • Collaborate closely with designers to convert this into awesome digital products and services.



  • 6+ years of experience as UX or Service Designer at an digital agency or leading brand of which at least 1 year in a senior, lead or strategic position;
  • Demonstrable experience with leading large projects for A-clients;
  • A completed Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field;
  • Outstanding in spoken and written Dutch and English;
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills;
  • A strong appreciation for design.
