We are searching for candidates with prior experience in the financial services industry, with interpersonal, communication and technology skills. Our aim is to build and maintain long-term relationships with money managers, financial advisers, and clients as we continue to expand our portfolio and product offerings.
Correspond to inquiries and concerns externally with managers,financial advisers, model providers and clients via in-person meetings, telephone, e-mail and on-line chat; internally to sales representatives and customer service representatives.
Core competencies include: all aspects of on-boarding new managers and advisers; fielding manager requests, being a point of contact for all communications; enforcing trading rules and policies; problem solving trade-related issues, creating due-diligence reports.
Understand internal databases and systems; Special projects including the development of new service technologies, assessments of existing systems, review and audit projects, etc.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, or other related field, or equivalent work experience. The candidate must possess general market knowledge in the equities markets and have strong quantitative and programming skills.
Experience: recent graduates with 2+ years financial industry experience preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate excellent analytical and problem resolution skills; advanced skills in Excel.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge of database languages like SQL, and computer programming languages like R or Python. Must be comfortable writing database queries.
Registrations: Series 63 or 65 desirable.
