Responsibilities
As a member of our restaurant support team you will deal with email and telephone requests from thousands of our partner restaurants. The person we are looking for must be able to communicate every day with different people, love this job and love food above all.
You will work using your communication, empathy and problem solving skills.
You are right for this job if:
- You would like to work in a young and dynamic team where new challenges are faced and solved every day.
- You already have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- You have excellent skills in using Apple MacOs X and Windows operating systems and Windows Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- You know how to work fast without losing accuracy.
- You are a positive, friendly and energetic person.
- You have good English knowledge.
