Global Signature Partner Success Manager

Our restaurant technology products and commercial services provide our portfolio of +100,000 restaurant partners globally a path to long term growth: a key part of our mission to become the definitive food company.

You’ll be responsible for the success of partners on our new product line, Signature. You'll be working with all markets, central functions and product teams and responsible for a wide variety of activities across relationship management, problem solving, strategy, and many more. You’ll be positioned within a newly created function, designed to accelerate the growth of a new business vertical for Deliveroo.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner success: Leading the Partner Success Strategy for the Signature business vertical including maintaining and growing relationships with Global Restaurant and Grocery partners who are using the Signature solution 
  • Partner performance: Driving partner performance through proactive reporting, weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings and reviews, analysis, improvement projects, and identifying growth opportunities. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive change and devise solutions to ensure partners are set up to succeed on Signature
  • Market level strategy: Seen as the knowledge expert in the organisation and working with markets on creating hyper-local level approaches and strategies. Creating successful account management frameworks, systems and processes to drive partner success. Identifying areas for improvement across all markets we operate in
  • Building cross-functional solutions: Working with a variety of colleagues from different parts of the organisation to create unique opportunities for our partners. Working with product to identify and execute on future improvements and developments and co-creating the roadmap with tech
  • Future improvements and business performance: Work with finance and other key functions in identifying and driving future developments, including streamlining and reviewing account reporting and business KPI management 

Requirements

  • 4-5 years’ relevant experience in account management, partner or customer success. Experience in, or working with, restaurant or grocery retail is preferable
  • Partner obsessed, with effective relationship building, organisation and communication skills whether face to face, or through video, phone or email
  • Confident working with and analysing data - able to cut through the noise to understand what performance improvements will help grow your partners whitelabel channel, in order to make clear and actionable recommendations 
  • Able to create ideas and strategies to drive growth of our joint business with our partners, with a willingness to trial at pace
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
  • Customer obsessed, always asking how we can deliver measurable impact to stakeholders (customers, riders and partners)
