The role

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Manage the creation of bespoke landing pages for varying business sectors
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on site content that meets business needs
  • Assist in the execution of wider content plans and experiments
  • Work with international marketing teams and localisation specialists to ensure on page content is translated properly
  • Create efficient processes to help reduce manual time spent building content
  • Use data collection tools, such as Google Analytics and Looker, to make data led decisions to build high performing content
  • Own and deliver a content management plan across all company websites
  • Review and analyse website content and structure to see how it can be enhanced and optimised.
  • Work with martech, local marketing teams and design to template the production of assets across the web and app store
  • Work with SEO team & agency to ensure all websites are technically optimised for SEO
  • Work with relevant legal, brand and marketing teams to ensure content meets relevant requirements, is on brand and legally approved
  • Become owner of component led CMS, understand current components and how that can meet the content needs of the business, work with design and engineering teams to build out additional components
  • Manage the marketing administrator
  • Own site migrations and consolidation projects 
  • Manage the creation of bespoke creative for A/B experimentation on the app stores

What you should bring

We value intellectual humility, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to move quickly while being pragmatic about your decisions. But above all else, we're looking for unique personalities with varied backgrounds that add something new to our team.

Requirements

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (storyblok preferably)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO (both technical and content side)
  • Experience of successfully managing web development projects
  • Strong knowledge of GoogleAnalytics, Google Tag Manager, Webmaster Tools
  • Understand the user experience principles and how they apply to web development and design

Good to have 

  • Experience with HTML and CSS code
  • Good communication skills to convey recommendations as well as priorities
  • Knowledge of content strategies and content marketing
  • Experience of asset creation for other channels, such as app store
  • Knowledge of design tools, such as Figma or Smartly
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Tenacity and personal drive to achieve objectives with high-quality outcomes
  • Experience in templated design
  • Experience in process efficiency
