About the role:

Role: F&S Marketing Manager / Associate

Role description: 

  • Business Partner

    • Partner with the Marketing team and F&S team to support all marketing initiatives for the country 

    • Aid in strategic, operational planning and execution of all the FR marketing initiatives : supporting team from design to implementation, post-campaign analysis and strategic planning for future campaigns

    • Leverage your strategic experience and knowledge to identify areas of strategic interest and frame approaches to tackle them

  • Performance management

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, track and analyze performance on marketing activities overall (bottom and top funnel), and liaise these performances with country targets

    • Closely follow the Marketing activities and be experts in key areas such as growth and promotions drivers. You’ll also be asked to build analysis framework based on your expertise of Marketing success KPIs for both ‘core’ activities and additional projects, closely working with other BUs as well (operations, commercial team, account management… )

  • Problem solving and daily operations

    • Ensure linkage to central functions (promo team, CRM central team, pricing team) in execution of country initiatives, deployment of new products/capabilities and alignment with company-wide missions

    • Support the marketing team in daily requirements and analysis to enable implementation of promotions and CRM activities

    • Continuously work to improve marketing efficiency by building new tools, new processes and ensure analytical training of the team


  • 2-3 years of professional background in Finance, Consulting or Project management in a fast growing environment

  • Strong experience in project management and ability to build complex analytical frameworks

  • Advanced Excel/PPT and experience in SQL (required) and analytics

  • Willingness to go into the field and transform observations into hypotheses

  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, excellent team player

  • Experience being part of complex projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to work quickly with tight deadlines

  • Fluent and comfortable working in French and English
