What you’ll be doing:
- Assist our restaurants’ partners by answering their enquiries through the hotline and email in professional manner
- Create and amend menu for our restaurants’ partners in an efficient manner
- Ensure data accuracy when maintaining restaurants’ records and escalate promptly when needed
- Proactively providing feedback/suggestions to team leads to help improve our restaurants’ experience
- Work closely with the wider Commercial Team and the Customer Care team in ensuring service levels are met
- Excellent skills in English and Cantonese, proficiency in English and Chinese word-processing
- Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
- Cheerful personality, good team player and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Working experience in customer service sector or a high call volume environment is an advantage
