Partner Services is a Global team that engages restaurants throughout their lifecycle on Deliveroo - providing the relevant services whilst on the platform. We work to provide the building blocks for restaurants, across all markets, to be successful on Deliveroo and we are constantly striving to make this better.
The role of the Partner Operations Associate is to drive the restaurant lifecycle performance, in all of our markets, by continually enhancing internal and external processes for both our restaurant partners, and internal teams. You will work with a variety of stakeholders centrally (Commercial, Product, Logistics, Strategy..) and the local markets (Partner Services, Account Management and Commercial).
To be successful in the Partner Operations Associate role you need to engage in every aspect of the company, always be expanding your knowledge base across multiple platforms and disciplines whilst demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and liaising with key stakeholders such as the Heads of Sales, Design and Technical teams.
- Determine ways to help our restaurant partners grow
- Develop a deep understanding of the restaurant lifecycle performance in each of our markets and work with the local and central teams to drive the performance
- Drive understanding of restaurant growth and profitability trends and how Deliveroo impacts performance
- Initiate and drive strategic initiatives of the partner services team
- Be the point of contact for local markets, helping them to understand what is happening in HQ and supporting with questions
- Run & Execute global and central projects
- Strong problem-solving ability; the candidate should be very comfortable using data to identify and prioritize key opportunities
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Capability to build scalable solutions and processes which will be implemented centrally and globally, in all markets
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams across the globe on a range of projects
- Proficient excel & powerpoint knowledge
- SQL, Tableau or Looker Knowledge (Nice to have)
