ZSDK services team is building Industry’s first zero trust solution for consumer mobile applications. You will be responsible for design, development, deployment, monitoring of cutting edge security solution to provide secure connection to mobile applications in a 100% cloud environment.

We're looking for an experienced Staff Automation Engineer to join our ZSDK team. Reporting to the Senior Director Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure. They must have experience working with Python, Selenium, Locust, K6, Playwright, Terraform, and Ansible, as well as a deep understanding of software development and testing principles. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in automation, with a strong passion for innovation and continuous improvement.:

  • Design and implement test automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to support the development of software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain Python, K6, and Playwright scripts for automating various testing tasks, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing. 
  • Should be familiar with debugging tools like flamegraph, wireshark, valgrind and gdb. 
  • Utilize Terraform and Ansible to manage and provision infrastructure for testing and deployment. 
  • Experience with building docker images and deployment of images using docker / docker-compose 

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • At least 8 years of experience in test automation. 
  • Minimum 5 years in cloud test automation & deployment 
  • In-depth knowledge of Python, Selenium, Locust, K6, Playwright, JMeter, Terraform, and Ansible. 
  • Experience working with containerized applications and services. 
  • Strong understanding of software development and testing principles. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. 
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). 
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, K6, Appium, Playwright. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. 

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP. 
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. 
  • Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java, Ruby, or C++. 
  • Experience with test management tools such as Pytest, Report Portal.
