Our General and Administrative teams help to support and scale our great company. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, FP&A to join our FP&A team. You will help support our Customer Engagement organisation, which include the Customer Success teams, and Global Customer Support. You will create accurate Profit and Loss statements for the Professional Services organisation, maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for Customer Success, managing headcount for the organization, and providing financial support for Global Customer Support initiatives. Reporting to the Deputy Manager FP&A, you'll be responsible for:

  • Be the key business partner to the EMEA and APJ Customer Engagement leadership and Global Customer Support, providing financial insights and guidance to support strategic decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate financial reports for senior leadership, providing insights for optimizing financial performance and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes, including investment analysis, scenario planning, and resource allocation.
  • Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Customer Engagement teams, identifying areas of improvement and directing investments where needed and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data, complying with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the financial health of the organization, identifying risks, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Manage the headcount forecast for the Customer Engagement teams, working with HR and department leaders to ensure staffing levels aligned with business objectives.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, with a strong track record of success.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA)
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to extract and analyze data from databases.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Analytical skills, with the ability to dig into data and uncover underlying reasons and trends.
  • Previous experience working with Professional Services, Customer Success, or Customer Support teams.
