We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Representative, Order Processing to join our Order Processing team. You will review customer purchase orders, creating associated sales orders and invoices, provisioning licenses on customer accounts, and completing all company-required documentation for audit support. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, you'll be responsible for:
- Review customer purchase orders, using an approved checklist, to ensure orders meet all booking criteria. Coordinate with Sales Reps and Sales Ops to correct issues with purchase orders or gather additional documentation before booking.
- Perform provisioning activities following booking to ensure customers are licensed. Provision and track trial features for current customers
- Create initial invoice in ERP system following booking and perform periodic reconciliations across ERP, CRM, & licensing systems and ensure contract details in the ERP and CRM systems are accurate and provide details to internal stakeholders
- Provide support to Partners and Customer Success Team on customer contracts & support to Deal desk and Sales team on complex deal structure/renewal & upsell numbers
- Handle peak order volume to meet end-of-month and end-of-quarter deadlines and additional tasks as assigned and handle special assignments/process automations from Head Quarters
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Post-Graduate in Finance, Accounting or other similar streams with 3 or more years of experience.
- Good Working knowledge of MS Office
- Sound Analytics Skills

- Open for Rotational Shifts
- Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
