We're looking for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Japan Marketing team. Reporting to the North Asia Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for:
- Development and execution of data-driven growth marketing strategies tailored to the Japan market, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Development and execution of multi-touch account-based marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within our most strategic accounts
- Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand visibility and reach, and expansion of our presence within industry groups and events that focus on CXOs (CIO, CISO, and CTO personas), CFO and Board of Directors.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create and manage integrated campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and partnerships.
- Analyzing user behavior and engagement data to refine marketing strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and increase customer retention, while providing actionable insights and regular reporting to senior management on campaign performance, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 10+ years working in field marketing, enterprise marketing or growth marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing field/growth marketing strategies, preferably in the Japan market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration, especially with the sales team.
- An understanding of local Japan consumer behaviors, cultural nuances, and market trends.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- An understanding of local Japan consumer behaviors, cultural nuances, and market trends.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting to changing priorities.
