We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Manager - FP&A, you'll be responsible for:

Develop and present performance presentations and quarterly business reviews, translating key performance drivers into a cohesive story for senior management and stakeholders.
Provide clear financial analysis, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast/prior periods), to senior management.
Partner with business systems team to develop business models and improve operational and financial processes for maximum efficiency.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Utilize financial systems for reporting of performance vs. forecasts and analyze month-end variances, driving cost-saving initiatives.
Work with business leads on forecast expectations, developing strategies to maximise profitability and meet financial targets.
Quantify financial impact of risks/opportunities and develop action plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Lead multiple ad-hoc projects including analytical modelling, ROI analysis, and process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in HiTech Industry or in SaaS/Technology field.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Proficient in Salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Clari
Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language
Flexibility to work U.S. time for business/team meetings and during the peak days of the quarterly reporting process.
