We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager, FP&A to be part of our FP&A Business finance team, which is responsible for business/finance insights & analytics and financial modelling for Centralised Go-to-Market (GTM) functions. You will work with our centralised GTM FP&A team, GTM Operations and finance team to target the right pain point, gain business context, unearth problems, and create data backed programmes to positively impact business performance. Reporting to the Sr. Manager- FP&A, you'll be responsible for:

  • Support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making and optimise financial performance.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic insights to senior leadership on financial trends and business drivers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
  • Present monthly & quarterly financial reports to GTM FP&A leadership and key stakeholders and present complex data in an easy-to-understand way to lead action & Improve efficiency in all FP&A important processes and forecast accuracy improvement.
  • Improve FP&A processes & systems to enhance financial reporting and support the FP&A HQ Team with financials and important metrics, including Cost to Book (CTB), sales efficiency, sales productivity, pricing and discounting, sales pipeline, headcount ratios and understand detailed data and create a cohesive story based on key performance drivers and support for strategic investments.
  • Lead the Centralised FP&A team, ensuring high levels of accuracy and effectiveness in financial reporting & analysis and coach & guide the analysts in their projects and build a career development plan for the team

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in HiTech Industry or in SaaS/Technology field.
  • Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language or other comparable visualisation tool.
  • Experience leading a team of 2+ analysts.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualification):

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Clari or other comparable software systems.
  • Flexibility to work U.S. time for business/team meetings and during the peak days of the quarterly reporting process
