Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Manager of Sales Development to join our Japan Sales Development team. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you'll be responsible for:

  • You will recruit, hire and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives who are major contributors to our pipeline engine and talent bench within our organization
  • You will develop team processes and best practices by motivating, incentivizing, and recognizing team members to encourage top performance, while defining performance-driven metrics, and expectations for pipeline creation.
  • Ensure sales processes and programs are part of the culture to ensure visibility, predictability, and consistency
  • Train members of the SDR team to identify, contact and create qualified lead opportunities;
  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Demand Generation, Field Marketing to drive quality pipeline.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Prior SDR Leadership Experience (at least 1-3 years) at Tech/SaaS company
  • Experience leading successful teams- proven track record in hitting stretch goals quarter over quarter
  • Experience building relationships between SDR teams and Marketing, Sales, etc.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience selling security, SaaS or software
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast accurately
  • Proficient in use of relevant CRM database tools (SFDC)
  • Bachelor's degree
