We are looking for a dynamic Marketing IT Business Analyst to join our team. You will have a understanding of marketing technology stacks, including demand generation, campaign management, and lead to opportunity management. We are looking for to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. You will be reporting to Sr. Manager- Marketing Automation. you will be responsible for:
- Gather and document requirements for Marketing and Sales Technology projects collaborating with business. Write and create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) based on collected requirements to define the project's objectives, scope, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Groom and maintain backlogs, ensuring all tasks are prioritized and managed. Conduct unit testing and participate in go-live activities to ensure smooth deployment.
- Experience in requirements gathering and writing BRDs and writing user stories and managing backlogs. Proficiency in unit testing and participation in go-live activities.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Will create clear documentation and demonstrating the project management. Understand of marketing principles and strategies.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
- 5+ years of In-depth understanding of marketing technology stacks, marketing automation, Salesforce CRM, data enrichment, integrations, and reporting & insights.
- Marketing Automation- Experience with Marketo or equivalent.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance requirements
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with JIRA, API, and integrations using Workato, Tray.io, or Zapier.
- Experience implementing full lifecycle projects using agile methodology.
- Good understanding of Salesforce and lead management process.
