We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and experience in deploying Slack bots and web widgets. This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, combined with a deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and integrating advanced AI solutions into enterprise-grade applications. You will be reporting to Senior Manager, Data Science. You will be responsible for:
- Develop and Integrate AI Solutions: Lead the development and integration of applications utilizing LLMs and other AI-driven services within enterprise environments.
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end interfaces and robust back-end services, ensuring seamless interaction between various components.
- API Development: Design and implement APIs to facilitate communication between AI models, front-end applications, and other enterprise services.
- DevOps Practices: Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI-driven applications in production environments.
- Deploy Slack Bots and Web Widgets: Develop, deploy, and maintain Slack bots and web widgets that integrate with AI services, enhancing user interaction and accessibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, data science, and other engineering teams to deliver integrated AI solutions that meet business requirements.
- AI Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of machine learning models, particularly LLMs, in a cloud-native environment.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering best practices.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
- Strong experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and working with LLMs.
- Proficiency in both front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
- Deep understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and their application in deploying AI models.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Expertise in API design and development.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience with Generative AI applications and frameworks (e.g., GPT, DALL-E)
- Experience in deploying and managing Slack bots and web widgets.
- Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment in cloud environments using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in an Agile environment.
