Your Role

 

    1. Highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Treasury System Transformation project, with a primary focus on Murex.
    2. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.
    3. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of Murex and treasury operations

Key Responsibilities:

  i.      Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Lead the execution of the project, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget

 ii.      Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business users, IT teams, and external vendors. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

 iii.      Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the successful implementation of Murex and other treasury systems. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.

  iv.      Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed. Ensure that project activities comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

 v.      Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems. Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the transition to the new treasury system.

  vi.      Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and metrics for project deliverables. Monitor and evaluate project performance against these standards and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.

 vii.      Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Murex platform and other treasury systems. Address post-implementation issues, conduct system enhancements, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

 i.      Industry Experience: Prior experience in the financial services or banking industry, particularly in treasury operations.

 ii.      Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile practices.

 iii.      Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to treasury operations (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank).

 iv.      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, risk management, and compliance
