RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Work with Global COE Talent and Engagement Lead to co-ordinate regional and global survey launches.  
  • Work with global and regional stakeholders and HRBPs to align survey questions and launce dates. 
  • Work with global and regional stakeholders to analyse and present survey results to a variety of stakeholders. 
  • Partner with Global COE Talent and Engagement Lead to create and facilitate coaching and career development resources and workshops. 
  • Lead the scheduling of Talent and Engagement workshops, forums and related events.  
  • Support the promotion of the Engagement Forums, Coaching and Career Development Workshops. 
  • Lead the monthly tracking and report for the Talent and Engagement Quarterly and Annual OKR reporting. 
  • Keep the Talent and Engagement HubPages up to date monthly. 
  • Work with regional engagement and coaching champions to champion relevant initiatives in their respective geos. 
  • Support and contribute to our global wellbeing initiatives.  
  • Follow-up with regional onboarding leads and provide updates on New Hire activities. 

The successful candidate will have: 

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. 
  • Good writing and editorial skills, including experience of designing and creating proposals for talent and engagement initiatives.   
  • Attention to detail, ability to formulate clear and concise messages to internal stakeholders. 
  • Proven experience working with employee engagement surveys, analysing results and implementing related initiatives. 
  • A good understanding of a wide variety of approaches to bringing about positive impact on talent management, employee engagement, coaching, career development and new hire experience.   
  • Extremely organized with unfailing attention to detail, great time management skills and comfortable with multi-tasking. 
  • Experience working with and maintaining confidential and sensitive information. 
  • Exposure or knowledge of the principles of psychology and how these can be applied to talent and employee engagement initiatives would be an advantage.   
  • Solid project management and facilitation skills.
