MAKE AN IMPACT
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage programs within the financial market domain, focusing on security services, custody, and fund accounting.
- Utilize project management tools like NDO to plan, execute, and track project progress.
- Work closely with technology teams to understand and address impediments, ensuring seamless integration and operation of multiple systems.
- Prepare comprehensive management summaries and technical reports suitable for presentation to senior stakeholders.
- Abstract key messages from complex technical details to present clear and concise information to senior management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Foster a collaborative environment and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the financial market domain, specifically in security services, custody, and fund accounting.
- Proven track record in program management with a strong understanding of project management tools like NDO.
- Technical background with experience working in technology and application spaces, understanding the complexities of multiple systems.
- Experience managing cost projects and effectively allocating resources. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare and present management summaries and technical reports to senior audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical impediments and solutions clearly.
- Ability to abstract key messages from complex details for effective communication with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative and amicable approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a technical space within the financial market domain.
- Familiarity with the tools and methodologies of project management in a financial services context.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
