About the Job:

The primary responsibility of the Resource Analyst is to coordinate and manage resourcing for all potential and assigned projects for the overall Canada business, reporting directly to the Canadian COO.  This position requires that the individual be the liaison between project teams/account leads and our core consulting group. The Resource Analyst also works directly with the Recruitment team to understand the needs of the business so that hiring and staffing efforts align with client demand and our business growth strategy.  

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Act as point of contact for resource booking confirmation, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals
  • Build, maintain, and communicate resource forecasts
  • Maintain resourcing training materials and support content development and delivery vehicles to enforce processes, policies, and standards
  • Collaborate with Operations and Recruitment teams to implement process changes and best practices to make hiring more efficient
  • Develop a strong understanding of the resourcing tools available and the processes they support
  • Manage resourcing forecast spreadsheets and reports for the leadership team
  • Work with Project Managers/Partners to identify appropriate resources to fulfil staffing demand
  • Attend weekly account meetings and maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing
  • Identify potential resourcing or process issues and present to the Operations team with resolutions to such issues
  • During down time, support Recruitment team in booking interviews, organizing Recruitment events or other Admin tasks

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year of corporate experience, preferably in recruitment or a relationship development role  
  • Incredibly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Creative and process-driven, constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed, accurate and confidential information and records
  • Excellent in verbal, written, and customer service skills
  • Exhibits a high sense of urgency and tenacity
  • Ability to build strong and productive working relationships
  • Enthusiastic and positive approach with all you do
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft Excel with knowledge of advanced formulas
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups
