Job Description:
The Account Executive- GL will report to the Manager - GL, and will be primarily responsible for handling all GL and Tax related activities with team including management of day to day operations. We are looking for a dynamic individual having accounting background with sound knowledge of accounting principles & accounting treatment of various expenses.

Responsibilities:
- Prepares and records journal entries in the General Ledger in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for review of financial statements as per IGAAP, IND AS and US GAAP.
- Prepares balance sheet reconciliations and correcting journal entries to address reconciling items.
- Keeping track of monthly operating expenses and accruals.
- Experience in Inter-company transactions and reconciliation.
- Manage the statutory audit requirements.
- Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, in accordance to the deadlines.
- Identifies continuous improvement opportunities or system automation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- M.Com/ MBA with 1-2 years’ experience must have good accounting knowledge.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Structured, disciplined approach to work with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Multi-tasker and self-motivated; capable of working under limited or no supervision.
- Positive and constructive team player with good communication (verbal/written) and inter-personal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple changing priorities along with day-to-day responsibilities.
