We're looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Zscaler Client Connector team. Reporting to the Director Product Management, you'll be responsible for:
- Defining and building product enhancements for Zscaler’s Client Connector Application
- Collaborate with cross functional Product Management to ensure seamless interoperability between Zscaler’s products
- Actively engage customers to review use cases and discuss technical requirements. Create PRD/MRDs to define the technical requirements for the engineering teams.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and Engineering teams to implement requirements highlighted in the PRD
- Work closely with customers for adoption and deployments of newly released functionality. Drive Beta testing and incorporate feedback to ensure new enhancements/features are able to address target use cases and support Sales teams for sale and deployment of your products.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have 8+ years of experience in Network or Security related products
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role and must have 3+ years of experience in Product Management
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong technical foundation in data analytics and network security technologies (e.g., VPN, Zero Trust Security (ZTNA), Software Defined Perimeter (SDP), Secure Web Gateway, Firewall etc.) and strong understanding of endpoint application development and distribution
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience delivering products as cloud-based services and experience with various endpoint operating systems – Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners and executives.
- Solid experience with engaging technical teams to discuss use cases, review feature/function requirements and define solutions.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
