As part of the IT group, we will build our enterprise data strategy which emphasizes data management, fosters a data culture, and architects an excellent enterprise data platform. We have the ultimate goal to provide trusted data and insights at scale which allow corporate and functional data-driven decision making. We are fueled by organic innovation, internal collaboration and adoption of data visualization, data management, reporting automation, AI/ML and integration tools. We use best practices and agreement through our Enterprise Data Community to deliver speed to insight, scale, control and enablement. The team is distributed across the United States and India and is composed of data engineers, data analysts, visualization developers, and infrastructure specialists.

We're looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst to join our Data Strategy Team. This is a hybrid role based out in Bangalore/Mohali. Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence

You will responsible for :

  • Deliver relevant insights: Provide data-driven recommendations that directly improve our decisions and outcomes.
  • Improve our performance: Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve key metrics and processes.
  • Enhance data infrastructure: Collaborate with data teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and efficiency.
  • Build partnerships: Foster collaborative relationships with team members to understand their needs and deliver value.
  • Improve data culture: Promote a data-driven culture within the organization through knowledge sharing and training.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of analytical experience in Data and Analytics: Building complex queries in SQL and conducting Data Analysis.
  • Graduate or equivalent level qualification in Engineering or Computer Applications in a related discipline; Master's degree
  • Experience with data modeling, with 3 years working with dimensional data models and writing SQL queries including joins, unions, sub-queries, CTEs etc
  • The ability to translate complex our requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions.
  • Good Analytical skills with and experience uncovering insights and quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Experience with CRM applications like Snowflake, ERP solutions like Net suite and cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake is recommended.
  • Experience in Python and Tableau and knowledge to build relationships and influence across Consulting
