We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Source-to-Pay Data & Analytics to join our Source to Pay team. Reporting to the Senior Purchasing Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Lead the Source-to-Pay center of excellence to guide, develop & implement the prioritization of business analytics & reporting to support decision-making for Procurement, Contracts, Travel, and Expense teams.
  • Partner with Source to Pay leaders to establish a systemic data reporting strategy and provide analytical solutions that inform strategic and operational decision-making, providing in-depth analytics of business process metrics.
  • Manage a team of data analysts to design and support a near-term and long-term analytical/reporting strategy roadmap to meet the growing demand for reporting & analytics.
  • Collaborate with other teams, both internal and external, to ensure efficient workflow and provide necessary support.
  • Create insights, reports and Tableau dashboards to inform decision-making and demonstrate the value added by Source-to-Pay organization. Identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the Source-to-Pay Organization, always trying to find opportunities to improve processes through automation and using enhancements delivered by selected solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end Source-to-Pay data capture, taxonomy, and governance.
  • Identify & implement automation opportunities and strategic improvements to business reporting & analytics.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • At least 8+ years of experience in analytics & insights, leading cross-functional teams/projects, market intelligence, supplier intelligence, or a related field.
  • Must have proficiency in data visualization and reporting software (e.g., Tableau).

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualification):

  • Experience working with Coupa, Netsuite, Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of the Source to Pay life cycle, including sourcing strategy, purchasing, contracts, travel and corporate credit card programmes.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience communicating and leading discussions with executive leadership
  • Project Management Certifications
