We are seeking a highly motivated and driven professional to join our Sales Enablement team as a Sales Enablement Business Partner. You will play a critical role in improving ramp times for new hires and
developing our sales force, ultimately contributing to our revenue targets.
As a Sales Enablement Business Partner, your mission will be to help increase the productive capacity across EMEA and your specifically aligned regional sales teams.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with senior leaders in the EMEA South sales to define and execute against their 
    revenue velocity priorities.
  • Evangelizing and supporting sales activities using a value selling approach and MEDDIC 
    methodology, ensuring alignment with our sales process
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps, develop programs, and execute 
    against the defined deliverables
  • Become an expert in our sales process, tools, methodologies, and solutions, providing guidance and 
    support to the sales team
  •  Supporting sales process activities across each stage in the sales cycle
  • Managing multiple enablement requests and projects simultaneously and delivering on short timelines


Qualifications. To be successful in this role you need:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in SaaS Sales Enablement with Sales / Sales support experience 
  • Value selling and MEDDIC background
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Bring a “field first” approach to sales enablement.
  • Ability to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and clearly articulate business value with a good sense of how sales professionals think, operate, and absorb information.
    Highly innovative and analytical with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
  • Adaptable and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, raid change.
  • Resourceful, with a notable ability to execute with little supervision.
