Senior Content Marketing Specialist (div/f/m)

As a Senior Content Marketing Specialist (div/f/m, hybrid or remote) you will own various content accounts from strategic client management and development to content conception, production and distribution – on full-time or part-time basis.

  • Drive our content marketing vision forward together with our Head of Content Judith and our Content Lead Carina to differentiate our agency from competitors
  • Develop and implement target-oriented content marketing strategies via data-driven analysis to drive client success
  • Continuously review and optimize implemented strategies through regular reporting with regard to their objectives and relevant KPIs
  • Take over client communication and project coordination on expert side in close cooperation with our Client Service Team
  • Ensure quality standards in analysis, conception, production, distribution and project communication
  • Proactively exchange with all relevant stakeholders like SEO or Design to retain and grow our client base
  • Continuously educate yourself in your desired areas of content marketing and provide significant support in the training of juniors and professionals
  • Organize your daily work and own projects independently in consultation with your Team Lead
  • Support your Team Lead in resource and budget planning

  • Have a 4+ years of professional experience as a content marketing expert (m/f/div), ideally in a digital agency
  • Grasp complex topics quickly and holistically; you are open, highly communicative and eager to learn
  • Are very experienced in conception, production, distribution and quality assurance of SEO-optimized content, experience in content marketing campaigning is a plus
  • Are very confident in project management and have an understanding of the economic viability of projects
  • Have a good understanding of the content marketing funnel and its mechanisms
  • Are very familiar with data-driven analyses such as target group analysis, keyword analysis, content analysis and competitor analysis
  • Convince with an excellent feeling for language, excellent spelling and a keen eye for detail
  • Successfully completed a degree in marketing, communication science or comparable training
  • Are very confident in giving presentations and handling client or stakeholder communications of any kind, both in German (Native speaker [required]) and English (B2)
