JOB PURPOSE

As a Project Manager Operations (m/f/div) you take on an important interface position and are in active communication with our managers, project managers, expert teams, as well as the finance and people & culture teams. You have the necessary overview of our workflows and know our most important tools and KPIs by heart.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Instructing the project teams in setting up and onboarding new projects into our processes and tools;
- Monthly support with forecasting and invoicing;
- Supporting managers and teams with meaningful reports and KPIs;
- Controlling our data and KPIs, as well as compliance with our processes;
- Introducing and optimizing internal processes and new tools;
- Tracking of travel & expense reimbursements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented individual;
- Excellent communication skills in German (at least C1) and English;
- Quick analytical grasp and a broad interest in the workflows in an agency. You are proactive, proactive and communicative;
- Understanding of the business processes and KPIs in an agency and in-depth knowledge of the areas of finance, data analytics, operations or resource management;
- Careful and precise way of working and a great interest in clean processes and KPIs;
- Experience in using Oracle NetSuite, Oracle OpenAir, Microsoft Power BI, and Google Suite.
