This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and more! 

JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for an eCommerce Account Manager with a creative eye, to support eBay France engage customers onsite. This will involve overseeing the creative refresh of content on eBay pages, including visually curating product listings. 

In this role,  you will work closely with the Creative and Merchandising Teams to coordinate creative and design teams, upload new content and ensure that eBay pages are refreshed to be on trend and seasonally relevant. You will also help curate inventory listings based on visual appeal, so an eye for fashion is essential. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, giving direction to creative teams, and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or feedback.
  • Collaborate with merchandisers, copywriters, designers and other stakeholders, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Support quality assurance efforts by reviewing project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and adhere to DEPT® design standards.
  • Managing and deploying the content we create into client specific tools. You will also help advise the client on the best ways of setting up content to achieve their goals.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address project challenges, proposing creative solutions to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have demonstrable experience of working proactively, autonomously or without extensive direction 
  • Have experience of working on projects from initial briefing to delivery
  • Have experience in content management systems, reporting tools and project management software 
  • Have previous experience of managing multiple projects / activities for different stakeholders
  • Strong communication with excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis capabilities;
  • Are able to work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of client projects at the same time
  • Fluent in French and English
