JOB PURPOSE

As a Growth Manager at DEPT®, you’ll be a key driver of our fast-growing digital media practice, shaping new client partnerships with both local heroes and global brands.

In this role, you’ll be in the lead from the initial contact through delivering the best possible solution that meets client needs, whether through RFPs, public tenders, pitch consultants, or your own network.

You'll ensure a smooth handover to our internal teams and oversee the onboarding process, laying the groundwork for long-term success and collaboration. Working closely with our strategy, digital media, data, and creative teams, you’ll leverage DEPT®’s extensive expertise to unlock new opportunities.

This is an international, high-impact role where you’ll drive the (fast) top-line growth of our digital media services, and have the opportunity to grow your own career (even faster).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As Growth Manager, you are part of our New Business and Account Management team, taking charge of new business initiatives and driving them from the first engagement through to successful onboarding.
  • You’ll primarily work on RFPs, pitches, public tenders, and processes led by pitch consultants, as well as leads you bring in through your own network. In addition, we host numerous events (sometimes with partners), where you’ll connect with potential new clients through meaningful, craft-driven conversations. No cold-calling in this role!
  • You’re comfortable taking ownership, being in the lead, and achieving results—but you’re no lone wolf. You collaborate closely with specialist teams within DEPT® and bring a strong understanding of the digital media landscape.
  • Within DEPT®, you serve as the central link between various international teams (including NL, UK, DE, US, DK) for advertising related opportunities and projects.
  • You are one of DEPT®’s representatives towards our key partners such as Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft and TikTok.
  • This means you’re responsible for happy new clients, happy colleagues, and accelerating top-line growth. You’re confident in discussions about budgets and terms & conditions, ensuring that DEPT®’s interests are well-represented.
