This role is part of our Growth marketing team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drives performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Douglas, Aldi, Smart, and more! JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Content Marketing Team Lead (f/m/d) who can pass on his/her skills to his/her colleagues for the continuous development of the team and at the same time contribute his/her experience to client management and development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Team Leadership: Lead a team of up to 8 individuals, fostering a high-performance culture and setting clear objectives - being accountable for executing the functional strategy and delivering results.
- Performance & Workflow Optimization: Manage the team, coach members, and ensure efficient workflow to enhance productivity. Optimize processes and identify potentials for greater overall efficiency.
- Resource & Project Management: Take responsibility for account and resource planning, including assigning consultants to projects. Take charge of project management and workload planning.
- Comprehensive People Management: Exercise full management authority, including performance reviews
- Skill Enhancement: Continuously develop team capabilities and create required skill sets for growth.
- Collaborative Mentoring: Mentor team members, oversee training, and collaborate with other departments for goal achievement.
- Solution-Oriented: Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, seeking innovative solutions to challenges.
- Innovation Driver: Encourage and drive innovation within the team to stay ahead in the industry.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring tasks and processes run efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and information sharing
- Thrive when you can teach others your craft with all its tricks of the trade
- You have extensive experience in the planning, creation and quality assurance of target group and online-oriented content with a strong focus on SEO Editorial content (e.g. content writing [news/SEO], copywriting, social media copy).
- Combine a wide range of requirements (e.g. target group analysis, keyword research, author briefing) to create coherent concepts and strategies
- You are confident in project management and customer contact and have an understanding of the economic viability of projects.
- Always keep up to date and follow the trends of tomorrow
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English in addition to a very good command of German in order to communicate with our international DEPT® team.
