Medior Analytics Specialist

JOB PURPOSE
As an Analytics Specialist at Dept, you work with our clients on the best data setup, implement these and educate the clients in the world of Analytics. Of course this role has its challenges. The death of the cookie is near, and in this role you will consult our clients to deal with this new reality. How do they need to set up their server-side measurement? Which new products and features should we test? How can we make the best use of Consent Mode, conversion uploads and more? And GA4. The end of the session, which is changing analytics like we know it. You like to dive into these questions and want to help our clients answer them. As an Analytics Specialist you are the absolute expert in data collection and solving complex analytics cases. You know how to create and implement measurement setups, take care of server-to-server connections between owned and marketing platforms and help clients to implement the best data collection setup.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and configure tag management systems (eg. GTM) to ensure accurate data collection;
- Develop measurement plans in collaboration with clients;
- Troubleshoot and fix data discrepancies & tracking issues;
- Conduct audits of data collection setups;
- Collaborate with development teams to develop and maintain tracking across digital platforms;
- Use data visualisation tools (eg. Looker Studio, Power BI) to present data in an easily understandable format;
- Consult with clients and help them take their analytics setup to the next level.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in a data role, preferably at agency side;
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
- Are proficient in Javascript;
- Maybe you don't have the technical skills yet, but are eager to learn more about SQL, Python and Cloud;
- Full working proficiency in the English language - spoken and written (proficiency in Danish is considered a plus, not a requirement);
- Somebody who can switch from serious to play in a heartbeat;
- An analytical, technical, independent profile with good communication skills.
